• for lease by productions; Owned by a Los Angeles Local #705 Costumer’s Union member in association with members of Louisiana Local #478 Stage Mechanics
• also: seasonal work, such as Mardi Gras parade and ball costume construction
• also: rooms and facilities for workshops, classes and teaching
• Planning future affiliation with Southern, LSU, Southeastern, BRCC students and Baton Rouge theatre companies, such as Playmakers and Baton Rouge Little Theatre
• Local hires and resource info for all costume related work

• Workroom with worktables, machines, steam iron
• Wardrobe Washer and dryer
• Painting and Dyeing workspace with 2nd set of dedicated washer and dryer, stove
